Gail and Luella from kitchen staff are amazing. So friendly. Enjoyable to see every day!! Love that Gail whistles a happy tune and occasionally sings a line! Started my day off with a smile!

Everything was clean. Staff was great. I liked having overnight staff.

The location is so close to our family, we have stayed here multiple times. The Hotel is wonderful! The staff so helpful. The shower is really large, it is awesome. We did not eat breakfast on this stay, but have previously and had no complaints. The staff always goes above what we expect! We asked a question and that fast they were on the internet searching for the nearest location to the Hotel. They did not tell us to go online and look, they did it for us - so nice for us as we would have no idea how to get around the area and what would be closest to the Hotel. If you are traveling to Amesbury, you cannot go wrong by booking this Hotel. Oh, the reception also set us up for the Rewards program. No one ever offered this to us before and that fast we were enrolled!!
